First, I'd like to say that just because this page is here doesn't mean we expect you to buy us a gift. This is for those who would like to, but don't know what to give us (again, not an expectation).
In case you didn't know: Patrick and I live in a tiny, tiny apartment, thus we do not have a lot of space. If you are comfortable with it, you could help us with seed money for our down payment on our first home. :)
For gift ideas, I've put together online wedding registries. You don't have to buy something on the list, it's really a place to start. If you find a piece for a better price elsewhere, excellent!
There are a few things that I picked out for the wedding that could be gifts to us. Each is a special piece that we'll enjoy for decades. We already purchased them, but that's because the companies were low on stock and we didn't want to have a hard time finding the items later. To give us one of those items before the wedding, contact Jeannette, Emily or I.
I can certainly appreciate if you'd like to give something that is special, but not listed on this page. Whatever it is, go for it!
My favorite gift, that we gave to all of our friends who got married this year, was a special kind of guest book. It was a lot of work, but there was no way that we wouldn't do it again for each and every couple. Don't worry, we'll have one at our wedding. :)
